This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Rail Jamalpur Police Station Case No. 72 of 2016, disclosing offences under Sections 307, 324, 326/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. and merely on the basis of suspicion, he has been made accused in this case. Hence, the petitioner deserves the privilege of anticipatory bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks, be released
