Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it appears from the counter-affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent-State that the matter of the petitioner had been referred by the competent authority to the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority, (LARRA), Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur vide letter dated 05.11.2019. Thereafter,
Patna High Court CWJC No.15885 of 2022(6) dt.27-08-2024 2/2 a reminder had also been sent vide letter dated 24.07.2024. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the aforesaid stand taken by the respondent-State, the present writ petition my be disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 8 (Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur) to dispose of the case of the petitioner within a period of six months from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order. Respondent No. 8 (Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur) is also directed that prior to passing of the said order, he shall hear all the concerned parties and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law.

Accordingly, with the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
