2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though the regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 11.05.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 66559 of 2022 but he is renewing his prayer for bail on the ground that the trial has not been concluded up-till now.

3. A report was called for from the court below which has been received through letter no. 100/2023 dated 07.11.2023 which shows that all the nine charge-sheeted witnesses have been examined. The statements of all the three accused persons have also been recorded under Section 313 of the CrPC and the record is fixed for defense evidence.

4. It appears that the trial is on the verge of conclusion. The learned trial court is directed to dispose of the trial within a period of two months and if the trial is not concluded within a period of two months (except due to the fault of the accused persons), the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before the learned court below itself.

5. The learned court below is directed to expedite the trial and shall not fix a date of more than a week.
