2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 506, 34, 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act..

3. As per prosecution case, informant was married to this petitioner on 8.12.2022. Thereafter, it is alleged that all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner tortured and harassed informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute between the parties has already been resolved through the process of mediation vide Mediator's Report dated 29.03.2025 and terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by the parties is attached with the Mediator's Report kept at Flag 'M'.

5. Learned counsel for the O.P. No. 2 does not dispute the contention made on behalf of the petitioner.

In view of the fact that dispute between the parties has been resolved, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Kadamkuan P. S. Case No. 251 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
