This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 14.06.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18122 of 2017 seeking extension of period of surrender before the court below and also time for payment of money to the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on 14.06.2007 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18122 of 2017 with a direction to surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, but the petitioner could not surrender in time as the aforesaid order was communicated as he had gone out to Delhi for treatment of his wife who had been suffering from cardiac problem. The

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35915 of 2017 (2) dt.02-08-2017 2/2 petitioner was also not in a position to pay the amount to the informant due to spending of the huge money in treatment of his wife. Now, the petitioner is ready to pay the entire amount to the informant in two equal installment of one month each. In view of the aforesaid submission, the petitioner is directed to pay the entire amount to the informant in two equal installment of one month each and also directed to surrender before the learned court below within three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. This modification petition is accordingly disposed of.
