Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There is no specific allegation against this petitioner rather general and omnibus allegation. Petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased. F.I.R. was lodged after two days. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 27.06.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
