2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for grant of compensation on account of accidental death of
Patna High Court CWJC No.244 of 2022(3) dt.18-08-2023 2/2 petitioners' son, they would be approaching the State Disaster Management Department.
3. The submission is advanced in view of statement made in paragraph-16 of the counter-affidavit filed on behalf of the South Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited.
4. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the said submission and with liberty as prayed for, writ application is disposed of.
