In view of the stand taken by the respondents in para 10 of the counter affidavit, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent authority to take appropriate decision in terms of para 10 of the counter affidavit, which is quoted below:- "10. That, as per aforesaid Rule petitioner completes 18 years of service in Matric trained scale on 31.12.2006, therefore, the claim of the petitioner for grant of PRAVARAN VETANMAN will be considered in the next meeting of the Promotion Committee and to that effect an
Patna High Court CWJC No.1801 of 2018(4) dt.04-05-2018 2/2 Office Order has been passed vide Memo No. 458 dated 23.03.2018. A Photo copy of Memo No. 458 dated 23.03.2018 is being annexed herewith and marked as Annexure C to this Counter affidavit."
The Court hopes and trusts that the respondents will take appropriate decision in the light of the statement made in para 10 of the counter affidavit at the earliest preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
