2.The petitioner has renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 82 of 2014 for the offences alleged under Sections 448, 324, 376, 511 of the Indian Penal Code which was earlier rejected by order dated 12.09.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 24355 of 2014.
3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court sees no reason to take a different view in the matter. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
4. If the petitioners surrender and seeks regular bail before the learned trial Court the same shall be considered on its own merit in accordance with law and without being
