Petitioner apprehends her arrest in Fulwaria P.S. Case No.165 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 420, 409 Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Begusarai.

Supplementary Affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner be kept on record.

It is alleged in the written report filed by the Block Development Officer, Teghra, that this petitioner being Mukhiya of Fulwaria Gram Panchayat along with Panchayat Secretary have withdrawn rupees thirteen lac and twenty lac under 14th and 4th Finance Commission to complete the scheme, but they have

Case diary has been received. In para 13 of the case diary, there is statement of Pritam Kumar Jaiswal, who has stated during enquiry he made demand of different documents, but the same was not handed over to him by this petitioner. He also found some of the schemes incomplete. He has stated that this petitioner is fully responsible for all these acts. In such circumstances, this Court does not find it a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

Prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.

Petitioner may surrender before the Court below and seek regular bail, which shall be considered and disposed off in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order. (Sanjay Priya, J) JA/- U T
