The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 117 of 2016 registered under Section 302 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of A.C.J.M.-III, Rosera, Samastipur.

The allegation is of murder of the daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws' family members. Submission is that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner with submission that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and there is specific allegation

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55291 of 2016 (3) dt.09-02-2017 2/2 against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the allegation, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application is rejected.
