JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-12-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- "(i) For issuance of a writ preferably in the nature of Mandamus, commanding and directing the respondent concerned to make payment of J.P. Senani Samman Pension, whereby and whereunder petitioner was the member of the J.P. movement and sent to Central Jail, Hazaribagh and remained in Central Jail from 16.12.1974 to 13.01.1975."

At the outset, the lerned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the concerned authority for redressal of his aforesaid grievance.

Patna High Court CWJC No.247 of 2022(2) dt.12-12-2022 2/2 Liberty so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
