Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having perused the reasons assigned accompanying the prayer for restoration of L.P.A. No.1636 of 2016, we are persuaded to recall the order dated 8.12.2017 passed L.P.A. No. 1636 of 2016 and to restore the Letters Patent Appeal bearing L.P.A. No.1636 of 2016 to its original file.
