This is an application for bail in connection with Baikunthpur P.S.Case No. 154 of 2017 registered for the offences under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a), 36 & 37 of the Bihar Excise Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of 329.96 litres of country made liquor.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and in support of his contention he has annexed copy of voters list (Annexure-2) showing the house does not belong to the petitioner and he is in custody since 22.6.2017 having clean antecedent. Heard learned APP also.
