The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on 19.01.2017 this civil miscellaneous application has been dismissed but in paragraph 2 in the order the year of title suit has been wrongly typed as "2013" in place of "2003". From perusal of the synopsis as well as paragraph 1 of the civil miscellaneous application, it appears that the petitioner himself has mentioned Title Suit No.71 of 2013. Because of this mistake committed by this petitioner, the same is carried out in order dated 19.01.2017. However, from perusal of Annexure-1, it appears that Title Suit number is "71 of 2003". Therefore, title suit
