JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-03-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341,323,325,307,504,506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution's case in short is that due to petty dispute a free fight took place between the parties on account of which two cases were instituted each by either parties.
