ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 04-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is the husband and apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.915 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier notices were issued to opposite party no.2, who has since appeared in this Court, but is not present today.
