2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 303(2), 109, 352, 351(2), 191(2), 190 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner assaulted son of informant with iron rod. Doctor has found grievous injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that due to petty dispute simple altercation took place between the parties in which both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the nature of accusation and injury,
