Having regard to the fact that the police have already submitted charge sheet in Rampur P.S. Case No.300 of 2014, under Sections 364, 302, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, this writ petition is closed with direction to the respondents to ensure that the persons, who are accused of having committed the offences, are arrested and brought for trial before the competent court.

WJC No.42 of 2016 (3) dt.01-02-2016 2/2 It is further directed that respondent No.3, Senior Superintendent of Police, Gaya, shall enquire into the grievances raised in the writ petition and do the needful in accordance with law expeditiously ensuring proper, fair and effective investigation in such a way that no innocent person is harassed and adequate security is provided to the petitioner.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
