Learned counsel appearing for the State states that, should the petitioner approach respondent No. 3, namely The District Transport Officer, Patna, petitioner's request shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with law. In the attending facts and circumstances, we dispose of the petition in the following mutually agreeable terms:

(a) Petitioner shall make himself available in the office of respondent No. 3, namely The District Transport Officer, Patna on 09.01.2023 at 11:00 a.m. (b) Petitioner shall file an application for registration of the vehicle, which shall be considered and decided in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of two weeks. Needless to add, the same shall be in accordance with law with the
