The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case No. 184 of 2017 for the offences under Section 401of the Indian Penal Code.

From perusal of the FIR it appears that the petitioner was associate of Kailash Yadav who was apprehended by the police with Khanti. It is alleged that the petitioner and said Kailash Yadav were preparing for committing theft. Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 15.5.2017 and alleged associate co-accused was granted bail by this Court, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36189 of 2017 (2) dt.10-08-2017 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur or the successor Court in connection with Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case No. 184 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. No. 1285 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner will extend full cooperation in conclusion of the trial and will not, in any manner, tamper with the evidence and influence the witnesses.
