2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following releifs:

"That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to sanction and pay the amount of family pension, Gratuity, G.P.F., Insurance Unutilized earn leave fixation of pay in 6th and 7th pay commission pay-scale and payment of amount all other dues if any and for any other appropriate writ/writs, order/order

3. During the pendency of the writ petition, payments have been made to the petitioner as has been submitted by learned counsel for the State after confirming from the authority concerned.

4. However, with regard to revision of pension and gratuity in terms of the 7th Pay Revision Committee recommendation, learned counsel for the Accountant General submitted that she has received instructions that the sanction letter dated 07.05.2018 has been received from the respondent no. 5, pursuant to which authority has also been issued on 13.06.2018 in favour of the petitioner.

5. Having regard to the aforesaid, as the grievances have been redressed, the writ petition stands disposed off.

6. Before parting the Court would only observe that in terms of the authority issued by the Accountant General dated 13.06.2018, the respondent no. 8 shall ensure that actual benefits are also paid to the petitioner without any delay. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J.) Anand Kr.
