2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case punishable for the offence under Sections 140(3), 103(1), 238 and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner surfaced in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Rahul Kumar and Vikram Kumar @ Tamatar. Except suspicion, there is no material against this petitioner to show his complicity in the alleged offence. There is two days delay in lodging the F.I.R. and there is no plausible explanation of delay. Petitioner is in custody since 04.06.2025, having no criminal antecedent. Chargesheet has been submitted.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram Town P.S. Case No. 375 of 2025.
