After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with

Patna High Court CWJC No.904 of 2018(9) dt.15-03-2023 2/2 liberty to file a representation before the Director seeking age relaxation in view of the fact that on the basis of the direction given by the Supreme Court, physical test examination of the seven petitioners was conducted in the year 2012 whereas the petitioners were the students of the Session 1989 to 1995. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
