2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 84 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1) and 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, Pandav and Kanhaiya caught the deceased and thereafter Govinda Mandal shot at the deceased.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner who is in custody since 117.06.2025.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64121 of 2025(2) dt.10-09-2025 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.- II, Munger/ concerned Court in connection with Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 84 of 2025, subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial.
7. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Bariyarpur Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
