2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Piprakothi P.S. Case No. 340 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

3. As per prosecution, the petitioner and his family members are said to have killing the deceased for demand of dowry. The petitioner is in jail since 04.07.2023. The son of the petitioner is also in jail. The petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased.

4. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid fact, this application

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Piprakothi P.S.
