JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 11-01-2018 Heard Mr. Rohit Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Manish Dhari Singh, A.C. to AG Although the writ petition was filed praying for a direction to the respondents to consider the posting of the petitioner at Patna inter alia on grounds that her husband is posted here and thus in view of the policy decision of the State Government in this regard she should be transferred from Darbhanga to Patna but when this matter is taken up Mr. Mishra informs that the petitioner has been posted on deputation to Patna thus rendering the issue infructuous for the present.

Patna High Court CWJC No.11046 of 2017 (3) dt.11-01-2018 2/2 In that view of the matter and since the petitioner has been brought to Patna albeit on deputation, no question arises for grant of indulgence to the prayer made herein and the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to pursue her cause with the departmental authorities, if so advised.
