Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 120B, 420, 467, 468 & 471 of the Indian Penal Code & Section 13(2) read with section 13(1) (d) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.
Allegation has been made that the petitioner had taken loans of Rs. 3.74 crores from the Bank for the purchase of oil tankers (10 wheeler).
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has fairly submitted that the petitioner had taken loans of Rs. 3.74 crores from the Bank but he returned the same to the Bank. He further submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, CBI-1, Patna, in connection with Special Case No. 47 of 2018, (RC No. 1 (S)/2017).
