This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 467, 468, 471, 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation against the petitioner is identical to that of co-accused, Kewal Kumar @ Gudar, who has already been allowed anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 47104 of 2016. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 182 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur, Patna, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
