2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 26 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that the deceased was killed for demand of dowry by the accused persons.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and she is in custody since 20.06.2023. He further submits that she has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. Petitioner is relative of the deceased and there is general and omnibus allegation levelled against the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Jehanabad in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 26 of 2023.
