2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Basmatiya P.S. Case No. 19 of 2024 registered for offences punishable under Sections 21(b), 22 and 23 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. Considering the law laid down by the Apex Court recently in the case of State of Meghalaya vs. Lalrintluanga Sailo & Anr. passed in Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No(s). 16021 of 2023 on 16th July, 2024, reiterating the earlier principle laid down by the Apex Court in respect of grant of bail where offences under N.D.P.S. Act has been committed, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
