2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Nawanagar P.S. Case No. 238 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 302 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, because of land dispute, the deceased has been killed by the prosecution party and the specific allegation of killing is against Kranti Turaha.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

Learned counsel submits that the petitioners are females and there is general and omnibus allegation against them. The petitioners are in jail since 25.06.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the facts that the petitioners are females and there is general and omnibus allegation against them and the assailant is one Kranti Turaha, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Nawanagar P.S. Case No. 238 of 2023.
