The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Chatauni P.S. Case No.279 of 2019, registered under Sections 498A, 313, 354B, 328, 406 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The informant filed complaint case on the basis of which the present FIR was registered. The name of the petitioner figured at serial no.11 in the accused column of the complaint petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not related with the family of the husband of the informant and no allegation is made against the petitioner. Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that
