2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 354, 379,504 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, when the informant was alone in the house, these petitioners entered in the house, abused and assaulted the informant. They are also alleged to have pulled her clothes.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the present case is false and concocted case. It is counter version of Mufasil Police Station Case No. 544 of 2023 lodged by the petitioners against the informant and others. Allegation of assault and abuse is general and omnibus against these petitioners and no specific overt act has been alleged against them.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68709 of 2023(2) dt.19-10-2023 2/2 for bail of all the petitioners is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let these petitioners, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Mufassil Police Station Case No. 545 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
