2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that substantial amount of retiral dues has been paid to the petitioner, however, on account of interest on different heads certain amount still remains to be paid to the petitioner. The petitioner seeks to file detailed representation before the Madhubani Municipal Commissioner, Madhubani.

3. The Madhubani Municipal Corporation, Madhubani is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law. In case, the petitioner is entitled for payment of any remaining dues, the same be paid to the petitioner in accordance with law along with statutory interest within a period of six weeks.

4. With the above observations and directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
