8.805 litres of foreign wine of Indian origin is said to have recovered and for that petitioner happens to be under custody since 04.10.2016 having no criminal antecedent as per discloser made under para-3 of the petition.

Accordingly, Bikash Kumar Mandal is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Case No.C-7-305 of 2016.
