Alleging non-compliance of this Court's order dated 29.04.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 12641 of 2014 (Annexure-1), the present contempt application has been filed. 3.

The order of the writ Court has been substantially complied with, in view of the petitioner's re-engagement as contractual Block Community Mobilizer (for brevity 'B.C.M.')

Patna High Court MJC No.3629 of 2019(6) dt.26-07-2023 2/2 under order dated 19-05-2023, bearing Memo No. 647, as contained in Annexure- B to the second show cause filed on behalf of opposite party Nos. 4, 5 & 6.
