Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case filed under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 447, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that counter case has also been filed by the sides of the petitioners. All the sides are agnates and there

Having regards to the facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today in Bairgania P.S Case No.102/2015, the above named petitioners, Siyaram Singh, Devendra Singh, Virendra Singh, Vinod Singh, Ashok Singh @ Ashok Kr. Singh, Santosh Singh @ Santosh Kr. Singh, Anil Kumar, Sunil Kumar, Chotu Kumar and Sonu Kumar shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000( Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi subject to the conditions as laid down under subsection(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
