JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-10-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 93 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 498A, 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. As a matter of fact the deceased was married to someone else earlier also and in absence of the petitioner he used to come to his house. He might have murdered her. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner is husband of the deceased and there is direct and specific allegation against him.
