2. Petitioner is aggrieved by an order dated 23.03.2019, passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Udakishunganj whereby the petitioner's selection on the post of Vikash Mitra, Gram Panchayat Durgapur, Ward No. 5, Puraini in the district of Madhepura has been cancelled.

3. Petitioner has a remedy under the Guidelines issued for selection of Vikash Mitra (Annexure-6) by making an appeal before Bihar Rajya Mahadalit Vikash Mission. He has not availed the alternative remedy.

4. This application is accordingly disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy
