Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Special Public Prosecutor.

Informant's father had borrowed money, for which petitioner demanded and during course thereof, used filthy languages which was resisted by the informant whereupon, as alleged, petitioner had given repeated Chhura blow. From the order impugned, the injury has been found 1" x 1⁄4", 1" x 1⁄2" simple in nature over stomach. However, the same has been typed as 'feet' in place of 'inch' and in order to explicit the same, Annexure-2 by way of supplementary affidavit has been brought up on record. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 31.12.2014.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17860 of 2015 (02) dt.20-05-2015 Accordingly, petitioner, Pankaj Singh @ Chhotaku Nunu is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Cheria Bariarpur P. S. Case no.229 of 2014.
