JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-12-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- "(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari or an appropriate writ/ writs, order/ orders, direction/ directions for quashing of the order dated 16.07.2014 passed by the Additional Collector, Nawada (respondent no. 3) in Jamabandi Cancellation case no. 31 of 2013-14 "Anchal Adhikari, Pakriwarawan v. Bibhishan Yadav and others" by which Jamabandi no. 51 of 2008 for the land standing in the name of the petitioners appertaining to Khata no. 591, Plot no. 2867, Area 2.80 acres was cancelled

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that a title suit bearing Title Suit no. 24 of 2007 is going on in between the parties and the same is pending before the learned civil court, Nawada, hence, this Court may be pleased to direct that the order of cancellation of Jamabandi dated 16.07.2014 shall be subject to the final outcome of the aforesaid Title Suit no. 24 of 2007. It is directed, accordingly. The writ petition stands disposed off.
