Petitioner is in custody in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 205 of 2019 for the offence under sections 420, 414, 467, 471, and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Allegation against this petitioner is that he was member of the gang involved in exchange of ATM and withdrawing the money.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 23.6.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60324 of 2019(2) dt.26-09-2019 2/2 let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-1, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 205 of 2019 subject to the condition that bailors should be family members of the petitioner.
