Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. F.I.R. No. 402 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties. Both the parties have sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62130 of 2022(2) dt.06-01-2023 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. F.I.R. No. 402 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
