JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-05-2018 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that during the pendency of the these two applications preferred under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing the order dated 09.12.2014 arising out of Complaint Case No.2151(C) of 2014 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Arrah, a compromise has already been arrived at between the respective petitioners and the complainant-opposite party no.2 and compromise petition has already been filed before the court below. In view of the changed circumstances, he submitted that these applications may be disposed of as infructuous.
