2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Bikramganj Excise P.S. Case No. 128 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.
3. As per allegation, 100 liters of illicit country-made liquor was recovered from the place of occurrence.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has also submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent of similar nature. Nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and he is under custody since 18.08.2024.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent of similar nature, let the petitioner abovenamed be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge Excise Court No. 1, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Bikramganj Excise P.S. Case No. 128 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
