JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 29-03-2018 In view of the decision in LPA No. 1047 of 2017 vide order dated 23.1.2018, both the writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take appropriate decision in compliance of the order of this Court dated 3.3.2017 in CWJC No. 384 of 2017 and analogous cases affirmed by order dated 23.1.2018 in LPA No. 1047 of 2017. Decision may be taken in this regard expeditiously preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
