Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 138 of 2022 registered for the offence under sections 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. Moreover, the matter has been compromised between the parties and a petition to that effect has been filed in the court below on 08.08.2022 as contained in Annexure-2. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62689 of 2022(2) dt.17-04-2023 2/2 furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Motihari, East Champarran in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 138 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
