One stolen motorcycle is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner but at the time of the aforesaid recovery, the petitioner has disclosed that the aforesaid motorcycle was given to him by one Tabrej and except the aforesaid material as well as some criminal antecedents of the petitioner, there appears to be nothing against him. The petitioner is in jail custody since 03.07.2015.

Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
