Petitioner is accused in connection with Runni Saidpur P.S. Case No. 231 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 506/34 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that in the instant case, charge has already been framed. Petitioner is in custody since 26.05.2017.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Sitamarhi in connection with Runni Saidpur P.S. Case No. 231 of 2017.
